Missing or Lost Packages

Address Changes

If you need to change your delivery address, please email our support team at info@ivoryhouse.uk within 24 hours of placing your order or before the daily cut-off time. We will do our best to update your shipping information before the order is processed.

Not at Home?

If you're unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier will attempt redelivery or leave your package at a local pickup point. You will be notified with instructions on how to retrieve your parcel.

Refusing Delivery

If you refuse a delivery, return shipping costs and any additional fees will be deducted from your refund.
